I forgot again

I always forget to tell you what I am learning at school.

Silly me.

Today we played with Irish Moss....aka seaweed!  We turned this:

We area also learning more about fermentation.

We started some Coconut Kefir and two types of cheese, which I forgot to take pictures of.  Oops.  i will tomorrow.
